1. Credentials
Dr. Bhavik Patel is a certified expert in providing Advanced Trauma Life support. He has received an exclusive certificate in the area and hence holds great expertise in the same. Dr. Bhavik Patel also owns a certificate in Advanced Cardiac Life Support from the American Heart Association, from the year 2016. He also holds a certificate in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association since 2014. These certifications stand testimony to his expertise in this field of medicine.
2. Experience
Dr. Bhavik Patel is known for his gentle and kind patient care. He has done his pre-med student internship at Southeast Missouri Hospital from July 2013 – August 2013. The experience he has gained from this internship makes him excel in patient care.
Dr. Bhavik Patel had also worked as a patient sitter at Southeast Missouri Hospital from August 2013 – January 2014. This experience helps him in handling patience with utmost care and concern.
3. Education
Dr. Bhavik Patel has completed his general Surgery Residency Training at Texas Tech university Health Science Center from July 2018 = February 2020. He completed the training with a laudable percentile of 78 and 80 during his first and second year respectively.
He acquired his degree in medicine – Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in May 2018 from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, A.T. Still university of health Sciences, Kirksville, MO. He was one of the class topers and graduated with an excellent GPA.
4. Honors & Awards
Dr. Bhavik Patel is a recipient of numerous awards and honors. He won the outstanding student scholarship from Southeast Missouri State University. 2009-2013. He was also awarded the Outstanding freshmen of the year award in 2009. He was also honored with the CRC award in the year 2009. He had won the American Medical Student Association Award in the year 2018. He is also the recipient of Sydney Ross, DO Award of 2018.
5. Social Life
Dr. Bhavik Patel has a rich social life. He has been active and enthusiastic in volunteering for the community. He was also vested with various leadership roles for his zeal. He volunteered at the Southeaster Missouri Hospital from 2011-2013. These two years he worked as a volunteer in the emergency and the outpatient department. During this period, he offered services like cleaning, sanitizing rooms, refilling medical supplies, etc. This experience is reflected in his humble gesture and patient-first care.
This had made Dr. Bhavik Patel to be identified as one of the finest medics and surgeon in the industry.
